This modern multifunctional building in cubist style is situated in the city centre Prievidza at Matice slovenskej 27. The building was completed in 2006 and from this year we permanently lease this building.

In 2006 building New block was awarded by the second place in the competition “Building of 2006” in the category “New Building”. This award highlighted modern and unusual design of the building New block.

In this building we offer lease of special and light office-business premises on ground floor and two above-ground floors. In 2014 two above-ground floors were reconstructed and business premises from 14, m2 to 430 m2 were created. Advantage of the building Newblock is variability of offered premises.
